There is no base salary. Cornerstone First Mortgage pays LOs a commission range between 100 and 150 bps.  Commissions are paid every Friday.

You may work for a physical branch, a regional branch or establish your own branch. You decide where you work, how you spend your day and which types of loans of which you'd like to specialize. 

Cornerstone facilitates your personal expenses to be deducted from your gross income, then reimbursed back to you untaxed. This gives you the benefit of being a partner.

Yes. Corporate and Branches both reward self producing LOs with marketing support that may include lead capture websites, marketing lists, in-person presentations, trade show space and purchased leads.
